Cancellation
Payment for accreditations cannot be refunded An administration fee of €15 will be deducted from all refunds;

• Cancellation more than 2 months beforehand: full restitution of the remaining sum less accreditation and adminstration fees.
• Cancellation between 60 and 31 days before the symposium: 50% restitution of the remainder.
• Cancellation 30 days or less before the planned date: no restitution will be made, but the participant will receive the syllabus.
• For longer courses these rules do not apply.
• In case we are forced to cancel the symposium, a full refund shall be given, but this limits our liability.
